The largest collection of Lamborghini super sport cars and SUVs seen in one setting in the Philippines gathered for the 2022 Bull Run, an event designed for Lamborghini owners who want to experience a thrilling driving activity and an occasion to share their passion for the Raging Bull brand.

Organized by Lamborghini Philippines, the latest edition of the Bull Run drew a herd of nearly 30 Lamborghini models. The group took off from Petron Dasmariñas Village — a popular destination for supercar and sports car enthusiasts — and headed for the Mount Malarayat Golf and Country Club in Lipa, Batangas. Romping in the drive down South were an assortment of Lamborghini Urus, Huracán and Aventador models, including special and limited-edition varieties like the Huracán STO and Aventador SVJ Roadster.

Serving as the lead car during the Bull Run is a very special Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Roadster.

At Malarayat, Lamborghini owners and guests, along with Lamborghini Philippines executives, enjoyed the company of fellow Lamborghini aficionados over brunch. Lamborghini Philippines President and CEO Roberto Coyiuto III led in welcoming the Bull Run participants. For his part, Lamborghini Club Philippines President Frederick Siy took the lead in expressing the group members’ satisfaction at being able to take a long drive in their Lamborghini cars.

During the event, Lamborghini Philippines gave the participants a glimpse of upcoming Lamborghini models they surely could watch out for, like the 2023 Urus Super SUV. The latest version is expected to continue its positioning as a reference point for the segment in terms of power, performance, design, luxury, and everyday usability. Guests were also presented a chance to acquire at special rates genuine Lamborghini accessories, parts and various lifestyle merchandise.

Besides these, the Bull Run also served as the perfect setting during which to celebrate Lamborghini’s recent successes. Deliveries of Lamborghini models continued to soar in the first quarter of 2022 with 2,539 vehicles sold globally — the company’s best three-month result in its history. The figure is a 5% increase compared to the same period in 2021, and is a 31% leap from 2020. More important, the result comes on the back of 2021’s record-breaking sales performance, putting Lamborghini on track to deliver more vehicles this year than its 8,405-unit tally in 2021.

Lamborghini has also recently announced that the 20,000th Huracán — an STO model in glorious Grigio Acheso Matt meant for a client in Monaco — has rolled off the company’s iconic Sant’Agata Bolognese, manufacturing site. This milestone Huracán provides the latest proof of Lamborghini’s success as the company, in unveiling the first Huracán in 2014, bared its intention to write a new chapter in its glorious history with the Huracán.

During its eight years on the market, the Huracán has evolved into 12 road and three racing versions. Huracán models have largely contributed to Lamborghini’s 2021 sales record, which was due in part to the very positive customer response to the Huracán STO.

In 2021, Lamborghini bared its roadmap to decarbonization in a plan called “Direzione Cor Tauri.” Basically the brand’s electrification program, it is divided into three phases, and outlines Lamborghini’s transition to hybrid power by 2024. The first fully electric Lamborghini is targeted to launch in the second half of the decade, with all Lamborghini models following this powertrain choice afterward. A fourth fully electric Lamborghini model is also set to be launched before 2030 — surely a major attraction in Bull Runs happening in the near future.
