In the latest China New Car Assessment Program (C-NCAP), the Geely Azkarra, popularly known as Boyue in China, has earned 5 stars in safety rating.

China has been actively participating with other global automotive safety assessment agencies. This, as China continuously raises up its vehicle safety standards and educate the public on road safety.
Last October, the Geely Coolray has passed the ASEAN NCAP assessment with a 5-star safety rating.
