Brother Philippines, together with Color Manila, are set to light up the streets of Filinvest City, Alabang for the “Brother Color Manila Nite Run: Blacklight Edition” on May 16.
The fun run introduces the new line of Refill Tank Systems from Brother that offer up to 6,000 page yields. It’ll be the first Color Manila race using blacklights. There will also be the first ever 6K race category at the run to highlight Brother’s new products. There will still be the 3K and 10K categories.
The new Refill Tank System brings two new 3-in-1 inkjet multi-function centres: the DCP-T300 (P8,450) and the DCP-T500W (P9,450). Print speeds are up to 11 monochrome images per minute and six color images per minute. And paper capacity is up to 100 sheets.
As mentioned, the low-cost ink bottles for these MFCs come with 6,000 page yield for black ink and 5,000 page yield for color. These printers come with built-in see-through covers so it’ll be be easier to see how much ink you have left. Refilling ink is easier and less messy as you refill ink at a 45-degree angle. The ink refills retail for P390.
For those interested in joining the race, you can register at Color Manila’s site. Participants in the Brother Color Manila Nite Run will be getting the blacklight headlamp, dri-FIT shirt, race bib, and drawstring bag. Registration fee is at P850. Those who participate in the 6k run will also be getting the ink pillow from Brother Philippines.
