Lexus introduces Refine Dining, a first-of-its-kind culinary collaboration with Marriott Bonvoy, exploring new frontiers in gastronomy through a series of specially curated dinners across Southeast Asia. The journey will debut in Singapore on 5 June 2026 before embarking on a regional showcase over the next two years.
Beginning at the acclaimed Akira Back at JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach, Refine Dining will introduce Lexus guests across Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia and Brunei to a series of exclusive culinary experiences. Each destination will debut with a launch dinner for invited Lexus guests, followed by three specially curated dinners open for reservation to Marriott Bonvoy members and the public.
Guests can look forward to uniquely crafted menus where every element – from the ingredients to the material and finish of the utensil – are meticulously chosen to deliver a seamless, harmonious dining journey. Rooted in a philosophy of thoughtful hospitality and an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, the initiative brings together celebrated chefs from Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio of hotels and resorts and renowned local industrial designers. Through this deeply collaborative process, they completely reimagine culinary possibilities through continuous refinement and innovation. Each destination will feature a highlight dish paired with a bespoke dining piece specifically created to enhance the overall sensory experience.
