Since its opening in 2011, ArtScience Museum has established itself as a pioneering cultural institution in Asia, presenting landmark exhibitions that feature the works of global artists and thinkers, including the likes of Leonardo da Vinci, Salvador Dali, Andy Warhol, Vincent van Gogh and M.C. Escher.
Exhibitions such as Iris Van Herpen: Sculpting the Senses (2025) and SingaPop! 60 Years of Singapore Pop Culture(2025) reflect the continued evolution of ArtScience Museum’s thoughtful, multidisciplinary storytelling while supporting local and regional talent across the arts and sciences. Its permanent exhibition, teamlab Future World, has attracted close to five million visitors since 2016, underscoring the Museum’s ability to engage audiences through immersive and cutting-edge experiences.
Over the years, the Museum’s programming has also expanded to explore the defining questions of today, from environmental sustainability and artificial intelligence to space exploration and the human condition.
Its 15th anniversary year has been marked by major presentations such as the world premiere of Into the Ocean: Journey Beneath (2026). Created in collaboration with OceanX, the exhibition invites visitors on a cinematic deep-sea journey through marine life and ecosystems while exploring pertinent issues around ocean conservation.
Beyond major exhibitions, ArtScience Museum has continued to diversify public engagement through education initiatives and community-centred programmes. The launch of ArtScience Laboratory in 2025 marked another milestone with the introduction of hands-on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM)-driven programmes, designed to spark curiosity and innovation among students, educators and families.

The Museum was also named the winner of the Outstanding Leisure Event and Experience category for The World of Studio Ghibli (2024), the first official Studio Ghibli exhibition in Singapore and one of the largest exhibitions staged at ArtScience Museum. Transforming 11 galleries across two levels, the exhibition featured 16 large-scale immersive theatrical sets meticulously crafted on-site in collaboration with a team of Japanese artists, bringing the beloved worlds of Studio Ghibli to life for audiences in Singapore.
Redefining excellence across the visitor journey
Marina Bay Sands also received honours across the Enterprise Excellence and Experience Excellence categories, a testament to its unparalleled demonstration of business and leisure experiences, as well as enterprise excellence.

The reimagined use of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) earned Marina Bay Sands the ‘Outstanding Business Innovation’ award, which recognises enterprises that develop creative solutions to address pressing challenges to deliver tangible positive outcomes.
Typically used in factories for supply chain environments around the world, these delivery robots were adapted in an industry-first move for the hospitality industry to enhance the integrated resort’s large-scale operations. They have not only improved operational efficiency and workplace safety to overcome the manual handling of heavy loads, but also alleviated congestion in back-of-house kitchens caused by frequent deliveries and created upskilling opportunities for Supply Chain Team Members.
Introduced in phases since 2024, the AMRs serve as a successful proof of concept, reducing labour dependency for delivery tasks by approximately 38 per cent and enabling round-the-clock operations. This strategic adaptation addresses manpower challenges, improves operational resilience, and ensures scalability to meet growing business demands.
