ASUS Gaming Series boasts game-ready performance and portable design, featuring up to an Intel Core Processor (Series 2), up to an RTX 5060 graphic power, and a 16-inch 144Hz display – all in a 1.80cm thin and 1.95kg light design.

ASUS Philippines today launched the ASUS Gaming V16 (V3607) and ASUS Gaming X16 (K3605), its newest entry to the budget gaming market. Another mark of the company’s dedication to providing a complete gaming ecosystem, by making ASUS innovations accessible to aspiring gamers looking for a gaming device at value.

The V16 and X16 laptops promise seamless gameplays, powered by up to an Intel Core 5 processor (Series 2) and up to a GeForce RTX 5060 with DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation. These are further supported by up to 16GB of DDR5 memory and 512GB of storage, ensuring fast and responsive performance for all kinds of sessions. 

With their 16-inch 16:10 FHD IPS displays at 144Hz and impressive 89% screen-to-body ratios, the ASUS Gaming laptops offer expansive screen real estate and smooth, tear-free visuals – delivering truly immersive experiences for every title. Paired with the Dirac audio technology and ASUS Audio Booster, users can also enjoy rich, high-quality sound for a complete sensory journey. For clearer in-game communication or long Discord chats, AI noise-cancellation and 3DNR technologies are available to enhance both voice and video conferencing. 

Both laptops include expanded touchpads that are 40% larger than similar models, offering seamless control and comfort, along with a comfortable ASUS ErgoSense keyboard. The design is further elevated with a Turbo Blue keyboard backlight as well as neon-highlighted transparent WASD and arrow keys—blending a gamer’s aesthetic and everyday functionality.  

An added bonus to these machines is the inclusion of I/O ports: two (2) USB Type-A, a USB Type-C, an HDMI port, a DC-in jack, and an Audio Combo Jack. The X16 model, specifically, comes with an SD Card Reader.

ASUS Gaming V16 and X16 are designed for daily grind, offering up to a power-efficient 63Wh battery, ASUS IceCool Thermal Technology with dual fan and heat pipes, and MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability. With these, gamers can rank anytime and anywhere.

These game-capable specifications are housed comfortably in slim and portable packages – with the ASUS Gaming V16 measuring just 1.8cm thin and 1.95kg light in a Matte Black chassis, and the ASUS Gaming X16 at 1.89cm thin and 1.8kg light in an Indie Black chassis – making the ASUS Gaming series ready for all kinds of gaming scenarios.

AVAILABILITY AND PRICE

The ASUS Gaming Series officially arrives in the Philippines on May 6, 2025, with models powered by the RTX 30 and 40 GPUs. The RTX 5060 model will follow in June.
