Coins.ph, the leading cryptocurrency exchange in the Philippines, has rolled out more app updates – this time to enhance and streamline the user experience for key products such as trading and deposit features.
Here are the 5 notable improvements with the new update:
- Easy Buy and Sell: Buying and selling tokens are now more seamless. Users can effortlessly buy and sell crypto by selecting from a drop-down menu. Trades are done all on the same screen, no need to go through multiple pages when making trades, offering users a smoother, faster and more intuitive experience overall.
- Convert PHPC to Other Tokens: You can now convert PHPC to other cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH (and vice versa) by using the Buy/Sell feature and selecting the Convert tab. This was previously possible on web only. With the functionality added to the app, this makes it easier for users to access and will grow the use of PHPC for trading against other cryptocurrencies.
- Optimized Crypto Deposit Flow: With a new multi-chain selector, users can now easily choose the right blockchain and generate a deposit QR code all on the same page. No more navigating between screens to switch chains making transacting on Coins more efficient.
- Help Center Easy Access: A newly added help button in the home page provides direct access to customer support and live chat, ensuring that it’s easier for users to get the assistance they need without delay.
- New Sharing Features: You can now share your deposit address via QR to social media or messaging apps such as Telegram.
The updated app retains all the popular features from previous versions while introducing a more intuitive UI and UX.
