In line with efforts to continuously improve its after-sales service, FOTON Motor Philippines recently relaunched its own locally developed app, the FOTON Mobile App.
The FOTON Mobile App features additional functions such as a Customer Service Satisfaction Index (CSSI) survey, announcing parts flash sales, and even providing rewards to customers. The FOTON Mobile App relaunch/implementation went live on June 1, 2023.
To earn rewards, FOTON customers need only to download the FOTON Mobile App then book a Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) appointment using the app. Once the service is done, a text message will be sent inviting the customer to answer the post-service survey. Once the survey is completed and verified, the reward will be processed.
The Rewards points are as follows:
50 points – for downloading the FOTON Mobile App
200 points – for every successful Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) service booked via FOTON Mobile App
50 points – for every completed survey
Customers may start to claim rewards at 200 points or collect up to 1,000 points to claim the highest reward.
The Rewards include:
– FOTON Umbrella
– FOTON Shirt
– Oil Filter – Gift Certificate
– Engine Oil (2 Liters) – Gift Certificate
– Engine Coolant (4 liters) – Gift Certificate
– Free Oil Change Service (labor and parts (oil & oil filter)) – Gift Certificate
The mechanics for Parts Flash Sales are as follows:
1) Discounted parts will be released under News/Articles Section of the FOTON Mobile App
2) Discounted parts will also be published on the website and FOTON Philippines Official FB Account
3) Ordering of parts will be done through the app.
4) FOTON EC Parts will call the customer for confirmation of order.
5) Customer sends payment via bank transfer
5) Parts will be sent through courier c/o FOTON EC Parts.
Earning rewards via Customer Service Satisfaction Survey is easy:
1) The Customer Service Satisfaction Survey link will be sent to the FOTON Mobile App of the customer as a message within two days after the service.
2) Customer clicks the link to open the survey and rate the servicing dealer.
