Teleperformance Philippines, the first and only five-peat certified Great Place to Work® company in the country, recently held a gala for the top performers of Bring-a-Buddy, its premier employee referral program, signifying its rapid and sustained expansion across the country.
Teleperformance’s best employee referrers, hailed as Royalties and Superstars, were celebrated at the Bring-a-Buddy Ambassadors Recognition Ball, which was hosted by Drag Race Philippines celebrity judge Kaladkaren. Teleperformance Philippines Human Capital Resource Management Senior Vice President Jeffrey Johnson and Vice President of Talent Acquisition Christina Gaspe presented the awards to 26 exceptional ambassadors in honor of the company’s 26th anniversary.
Held at the EDSA Shangri-La Hotel, the Bring-a-Buddy Ambassadors Recognition Ball also surprised awardees with gift certificates and a brand-new Vespa S-125 to lucky raffle winners.
Teleperformance Philippines Chief Executive Officer Francisco “Sisco” Lara opened the awards and celebration gala by saying, “Our Bring-a-Buddy program is a key contributor to the growth and expansion of Teleperformance across our 23 sites in the country. Every Bring-a-Buddy Ambassador testifies to the amazing employee experiences and career advancement opportunities that employees enjoy at Teleperformance. I am honored to be celebrating this momentous event with our esteemed Bring-a-Buddy Ambassadors.”
Believing that employees are the best proof and advocate for amazing work experiences and meaningful careers, Teleperformance Philippines launched Bring-a-Buddy in 2010. It is a talent-attraction and employee rewards program powered by the trust and confidence of Teleperformance employees, who in turn invite their friends and loved ones to share the joy of having rewarding careers at one of the top employers in the Philippines.
The awarding ceremony served as a testament to Teleperformance Philippines’ enduring commitment to maintaining a people-centric work culture and rewarding careers to its employees, and to providing meaningful job opportunities for Filipinos.
A Great Workplace with Great Advocates
For his part, Teleperformance Senior Vice President Jeffrey Johnson thanked the ambassadors for their contributions in enabling the company’s growth. “Teleperformance has been recognized as an industry leader and employer of choice in the Philippines because people like our Bring-a-Buddy Ambassadors see, feel, and experience a welcoming and inclusive workplace. Our growth and status as one of the Best Workplaces in the country affirm that our people truly are our best advocates,” said Johnson.
